In 1924, the Indian Merchants Association was upgraded and transformed, into the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with a current strength of more than 870 members to its credit. The Chamber offers business and networking linkages, which helps its members, to expand their business operations, both in the local, as well as the international market.
